Shipping

Free standard shipping on orders over $300.00: 

My Pangaia delivery partners are unable to offer shipping to countries with government trade restrictions or sanctions. 

Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday during working hours with orders placed after 1PM EST processed the next working day. We ship in most case same day as the order is made and payment received, so please note that there is a very small window of opportunity to make changes or cancel orders. We hold the right to choice the shipping company, and if you wish to choose the shipping company yourself please contact us, and understand the shipping fee will be on the buyer. 

Standard shipping times differ by destination: 

—Europe & USA within 5-10 business days 

—Asia & rest of the world within 12-14 business days 

—Russia within 12-14 business days We try for 4-6 day delivery,

As soon as your order leaves us, you will be updated throughout it's journey. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number. We pay for 4-6 day delivery, but are not responsible for the amount of time that each country's customs and duty agency holds on to your delivery.

Couriers may differ per destination, but we use mainly: DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx.   

Duties and Taxes 

We currently do not offer pre-paid duties and taxes so please be aware that shipping from USA to your shipping destination could incur customs charges.
